Where does Penny Shields ship?
Penny Shields only ships within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any locations outside of the United States.
How do I track my shipment?
With all items shipped with Flat Rate shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number 1-5 days after purchase and can track on the carrier's website.
What is Flat Rate Shipping?
Flat Rate shipping is shipping carried by typical carriers (UPS, USPS, and FedEx). This rate is based on the weight of the items ordered.
How does Flat Rate Shipping work?
Once a buyer is ready to check out, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated by combining the weight of all items in the checkout cart.
What is a Free Local Pickup?
Free local pickups are offered to buyers for pick up just outside Atlanta, GA. At our south Marietta warehouse
How do Free Local Pickups work?
Once an item is purchased, the buyer will receive confirmation of that order followed by an email with the location to pickup the purchase. Please select a pick up time. Our warehouse is open on appointment only. Email hello@pennyshields.com for confirmations and questions about local pick up.

Can I return an item purchased on Penny Shields?
Yes! All unused, undamaged, non-sale items shipped may be returned within 14 days of purchase for full refund. Shipping is non-refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do returns work for Flat Rate or Freight shipping?
Items shipped by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or with Freight shipping must be returned at the expense of the buyer. Please send all return requests to hello@pennyshields.com and include the following:
1. The order number received in order confirmation email
2. The reason for the return
3. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damages

Returns must me made to our warehouse within 7days of original pick up date. Please contact us at hello@pennyshields.com
